By signing this form, I acknowledge and consent to the Village of Anmore photographing and/or recording my child during Village programs, events, and activities. I authorize the Village of Anmore to use, reproduce, publish, or distribute these images or recordings in any Village communication materials, including (but not limited to) print publications, social media, the Village website, and promotional or informational materials. I understand that these images may be used without further notice, compensation, or opportunity for approval, and that they will become the property of the Village of Anmore.
